Returns Policy

At Éclat du Varrall, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. Our return, exchange, and replacement policies are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and hygiene—because your satisfaction matters.


1. Faulty or Damaged Jewellery


Within 30 Days:

If there is a fault upon arrival of your jewellery, we offer a replacement or store credit once the issue is confirmed. You’ll need to provide a clear photo of the fault and either your order number or receipt.

We define faults as:

• dropped stones from pendants

• Snapped chains

• Items that differ significantly from the product photo on our website (white background) or listed description

 

After 30 Days:

We are unable to offer replacements or credits beyond the 30-day window.

 

Natural fading or colour changes over time are not classified as faults, as they result from wear, exposure to skin, water, perfumes, and other elements. Please refer to product descriptions for more on material expectations.


2. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item you didn’t order, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Once the incorrect item is returned in its original and unworn condition, we’ll send the correct one or issue store credit. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery to qualify.


3. No Change of Mind Returns

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns based on a change of mind. Please double-check your selections before checking out, as we are unable to cancel or edit orders once placed.


4. Returns Conditions

To be eligible for any return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging

• Returned with proof of purchase


Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or was sent in error.


6. Sale items, Sample sale, Giveaways & Final purchase items

All of the above categories are not eligible for returns unless they arrive faulty.
